Essay

The dissertation deals with the problem of prognosis of the neurological consequences caused by severe hypoxic-ischemic affection of CNS and labor trauma of the spinal cord in neonates. It was established the value of lactate dehydrogenase (LDG) and creatine kinase (CK) levels determination in neonatal liquor with severe perinatal CNS affection of hypoxic and traumatic genesis to predict neurological outcome of this disorder. A prognostic table considering clinical data, history, neurosonography, liquor LDG and CK levels has been developed and introduced for the in-patients. It allows to identify in the first days risk group for neurological complications to undertake individual rehabilitation measures.
