Alekseev S. Rehabilitation of victims with mandibular fractures with application of peloidotherapy.

It has been defend 27 scientific works, representing the results of clinical and x-ray researches, and similarly multiparametral computer electromyography of masticatory and mimic muscles of face, carried in 86 victims with mandibular fractures. For differentiated approach to estimation of findings, taking into account diverse pathology heaviness and in dependence on treatment appearance victims were distributed on 4 groups: which have been treated by conservatively-orthopedic or surgical methods, being accorded peloidotherapy on been brought before scheme or traditional complex of physical therapy treatment. As result of carried researches worked up, clinically grounded and inculcated in health protection practice new high effectively mandibular fractures treatment method, providing for combined influence peloido- and magnetoterhapy on reparation processes of the mandible and functional rehabilitation of neuro-muscular vehicle of maxilla-facial area.
