Khramtsov A. Criminology of Verbal Aggression

The Dissertation is devoted to the problems of criminal verbal aggression and to the crimes, committed using words (a threat, an insult, false information about a threat of the citizen's safety and objects of property, etc.) On the basis of scientific theories the defi-nition of criminal verbal aggression and its main types are given in this work. Attention is also paid to the reasons and conditions to commit such crimes and a peculiarity of verbal aggressive crimes motivation is considered here. Social- demographic and psychological characterization of the personality of the criminal is given. Some recommendations on making changes into legal regulations of Criminal Code on the basis of criminal-legal regulations analysis about verbal aggressive crimes (a threat of murder and destruction of property, to incite somebody to commit suicide, false information about a threat of the citizen's safety and objects of property) are proposed in this thesis. To prevent and to stop verbal aggressive crimes additional preventive measures are considered here.
