Voloshina V. Efficiency of the treatment of the patients who have the firsttime-diagnosed destructive pulmonary tuberculosis in the presence of anemia

The object of this investigation is for the firsttime diagnosed destructive process of tuberculosis of pulmones in the presence of anemia. The aim is to increase the efficiency of treating the patients who were given the diagnosis of the destructive tuberculosis of pulmones and anemia for the firsttime. The methods of investigation are: generally clinical, roentgenologie, bacteriological, biochemical. For the firsttime it has been proored that the anemia affects adversely the manifestation of tuberculosis of pulmones with the patients who have been marled with acuter forms of clinic-laboratory and roentgenologie changes. If has been determined that the dimensions of specific destruction in the pulmonary tissue are in the direct relation with the degree of iron deficit of the blood serum. There has been revealed the considerable decrease in the efficiency of treating the patients in the presence of anemia and its collection has been scientifically grounded. It has been proposed to use the vitamins E, Cand riboxin to correct anemia with the patients who were given the diagnosis of the destructive tuberculosis of pulmones for the firsttime. The results have been introduced to the clinical work of regional antituberculosis dispensaries of Lugansk, Donetsk, Kharkov, Herson. The spheres of use is phthisiology.
