The dissertation is denote problem of treatment teeths fluorosis of moderate and heavy form by bleaching and remineralisation of pigmental enamel. All laboratory shedies proved recessity of methods and stages of using them in bleaching and remineralisation of teeths enamel injuring by moderate and heavi fluorosis in future. On the grounds of laboratory studies new methods of bleaching and remineralisation were worked out and used in practikal stomatology. Positiv results of clinical and extra methods observing the patients in the process of treatment in the nearest and future terms were the base for using new wey of local treatment heavy teeths fluorosis in practical stomatology.
