That was worked out the way of prophylaxis of the caries of deciduous teeth in preschool children consisting of mouthrinces of oral cavity by aques suspension sorbent "Enterosgel" in dilution 1:16, hygienic training and education, sanation of oral cavity. 157 children 3-4 years were devided into 3 groups for the estimation of this way. Children of the prophylactic group rinced the mouth by aques suspension sorbent "Enterosgel", children of the first control group - boiled aqua, children of the second control group - aromatic aqua "Zchemchuzchnaya ulibka". There was cariesprophylactic effectivenese of "Enterosgel" more hay, than "Zchemchuzchnaya ulibka". In mechanism of anticaries action of "Enterosgel" the improvement of hygienic status of oral cavity, increase of speed of secretion, pH, mineralizing potential, activity of lysozym of the oral liquid.
