Essay

The object is 190 patients with pre-dialys chronic renal failure (CRF) with different ethiology; the aim is to depressing of progression of CRF, making better the qualiti of patients life by the depressing of lipid peroxydation (LPO), activation of anyioxydant defence sistem (AOD), lipid methabolism disturbances and hemostasis system; the methods are clinical, biochemical, hemostasiological, anthropometric; the new approach - further development of teaching about the pathgenesis of CRF; results - the activation of LPO in the patients blood serum, erythrocytes, and thrombosytes and depressino of AOD system, disturbances of hemosthasis and lipid methabolism have been determined; expedience of using in the complex treatement medicines (Triovit, Belosorb P, Cetosteryl, Lovastatine) has been proved; all this thesis nas been introdused in training and medical practice; the field is medicine.
