Psarev G. “Integration of Ukraine in the international market of telekommunikation”

Object of research: the international markets of services of connection, feature of interaction on them subjects of managing different institutional levels and mechanisms of development of integration processes. The purpose of dissertational work is the scientific substantiation of directions and priorities of integration of the countries in the international market of telecommunications, and also development on this basis of methodological and methodical approaches, and also practical recommendations on creation of model of integration of Ukraine in the international market of telecommunications. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge of laws of development of the territorial organization of a society, a method of the structural analysis, statistical and mathematical method, methods of mathematical modeling of qualitative and quantitative parameters of integration interaction of subjects of managing of different hierarchical levels in the international market of telecommunication services. Theoretical results. The most essential scientific results concern are: laws and principles of formation of integration system are revealed; the important specialties of the international integration of telecommunication systems are determined; quantitative and qualitative parameters of factors which determine inclusion of Ukraine in the world telecommunication market are revealed; potential geographical vectors of integration interaction of Ukraine in the world market of telecommunications, actions which resolve to absence possible negative influence of strengthening of an openness of the domestic telecommunication market on national economic safety are determined. Practical results. Scientific and applied results of research have real practical value and are directed on maintenance of process of integration of Ukraine to the international market of telecommunications. Practical value of work will be, that on the basis of theoretical development and methodical approaches practical recommendations which can be used not only in Ukraine, and in other countries which are at a transitive stage of development of economy, which interested in integration into the international market of telecommunication services are developed. Scientific novelty: methodological approaches to the analysis of preconditions are investigated, factors and restrictions concerning the international cooperation in sphere of distribution of telecommunication services are profound; the important properties of the international integration of telecommunication systems are allocated; tendencies of development and a modern condition of the telecommunication markets of the world as a whole and Ukraine in particular are opened; Qualitative and quantitative parameters of factors which determine inclusion of Ukraine in the international telecommunication market are revealed; a number of recommendations on activization of process of integration of Ukraine in the international market of telecommunications is developed.
