The work describes 150 patients with the diagnosis TBE. Was established spring-summer seasonality. Frequently patients were infected by the tick-bite. In most cases feverish and meningeal forms were arisen, rarely - spinal paralysis and progressive form. Clinical course was close to the west variant of infection, but twowaves fever, alteration of peripheral blood arisen twice as less. Levels of LII and HII in post-TBE convalescence period did not achieve the normal rate and falls behind from term of clinical recovery. Transmissional infection, determination of AB(IV) group of blood, low level of antibodies to the virus of TBE in RBC frequently accompanied by the severe form of disease. Noted the correlation of concentration of IgM, IgG, and IgA from the groups of blood and the ways of infection. Using the laferon in complex therapy of patients with TBE had better results of cure than the specific immunoglobuline, according to the clinic and laboratory indicators.
