Essay

The public danger, international character, attributes of structures of crimes in sphere of the computer information, and also the sanctions stipulated for their fullfilment are considered in the dissertation. Aauthor has formulated the theoretical definition of socially dangerous acts in sphere of the computer information, which must be made by criminal. It is generalized foreign and international experience of counteraction "computer" crimes. It is prepared the draft bill of Ukraine "About the amending the Criminal Code of Ukraine concerning the responsibility for crimes in sphere of the computer information"
