Psychopathological displays of post-traumatic stress disorder with Operative Staff of Internal Affairs Bodies are studied in terms of complex clinical, clinico-diamical, clinico-epidemiological, pathopsychological and psychophysiological approaches. Conditioned and pathogenetic factors affecting emergence and expressivity of post-traumatic stress disorder are examined. Complex of psychopysiological metods being highly effective in early stades of PTSD was developed and introduced in the frames of psychoprophylactic measure development. Significant prognostically favourable premorbid characteristics improving efficiency of adaptations process after being in emergency conditions were revealed and classificed as desirable in the course of professional orientation for operative positions in the system of Ministry of Internal Affairs and in the system of psychotherapeutic training process. Auidelines to psychoprophylactic measures with the use of medical psychological and psychiatric professional selectionand early diagnostics are suggested.
