Overlappings from small-size of reinforced-concrete elements. To improve a method of calculation of reinforced-concrete elements of overlappings with composite cross-sections on strength of cross-sections, normal to a centerline, because of reliability theory of building constructions. Methods of research are numerical - analytical method of deflected mode evaluation of reinforced-concrete elements, the methods of the probabilistic calculation and reliability theory. The method of the probabilistic calculation of flexible reinforced-concrete elements with composite cross-sections are developed. The datas on reliability of reinforced-concrete elements with composite cross-sections are obtained. The method of rational designingthe reinforced-concrete overlaps of small-sized elements by a probability method is developed. The proposals by the calculation of flexible composite reinforced-concrete elements are formulated. Sphere of use is the construction, reconstruction.
