Essay

he dissertation is devoted to the study of the derangement of mineral metabolism in the oral cavity of the children and substantiation of the use of the medical-prophylactic complex. Created method of the exogenous prophylactic of caries combines the hygiene of the oral cavity and active phased introduction of the mineral components of enamel: calcium, phosphorus and fluorine, with the help of the electrophoretic tooth brushes and special toothpaste. Basing of the experimental, radioisotope results and clinic-laboratory investigations, the scheme of mineralization of the child tooth enamel is developed and based.
