Кorneva T. Customs control in Ukraine: organization and legal questions.

The thesis is dedicated to the research of the organizational and legal aspects of the customs control in Ukraine. The thesis contains analysis of concept and legal organization principles of customs control in Ukraine. It has been researched essence and allocation of the customs control, offered criteria and elaborated customs control classification, elucidated and fixed principles and legal grounds of customs control. It is also substantiated special status of the State Customs Service of Ukraine. The author of dissertation is determined possible ways of improvement of the system of the Customs bodies through its reorganization. It is moved concrete proposals towards the improvement of interaction of Customs bodies with the law enforcement agencies system and the other controlling bodies. It has been formulated the concrete proposals according to the improvement legal regulation of administrative responsibility of the infringement customs rules.
