Sovgir I. Organizational and Legal Guaranteeing of the Bodies of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Personnel Training at the Stage of Preliminary Higher Education.

Thesis is devoted to theoretical and methodical grounds' analysis, normative bases and organizational and managing problems in the sphere of structural building and functioning of law lyceums, specialized classes in schools providing general education and personnel of the bodies, services and departments of internal affairs professional primary training. Essence, definitions and the place of preliminary higher education training of command and rank and file personnel of the bodies of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, professional orientation and professional selection of personnel are researched. The contests of organizational and teaching guaranteeing of educational process of the future personnel of the bodies of internal affairs in departmental law lyceums and specialized classes in schools providing general education are characterized. Legal status of the subjects of personnel's professional primary training is analyzed. The ways of organizational and legal improvement and developmentof departmental lyceums, specialized classes and primary training for the bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine are designated.
