The object of research is concrete based on modified cement. Target - con-crete hardening intensification due to the introduction of complex additive during the cement comminution, which consists of surface-active substance a nd accel erant in the form of chemical-recovery industry waste products. Methods - physicochemical and experimentally statistical modelling. The possibility of cement comminution characteristics advance, the speeding-up of hydration and structure formation processes have been proved, concrete characteristics change regularity has been determined. Results - has been determined the composition of additive, which is used in the production of cement and slagportlandcement at Odessa Cement Factory, the concrete of recom mended composition has been used by Constructing-and-Mounting Company "Monolitstroy" while the construction of buildings; field of use - cements production, production of cast-in-place and built-up concrete and reinforced-concrete constructions.
