Zhitkovsky V. Vibropressed fine-grained concrete with application of granite crushing wastes

The object of research is concrete mixtures on the basis of granite crushing wastes and vibropressed concrete. Target - elaboration of parameters of goods production from vibropressed fine-grained concrete with the use of granite wastes. Methods - electroresistance and ultrasonic control, experimentally - statistical modelling. Novelty - regularity of water distribution in concrete mixtures for vibropressing, dependencies of water-contents in vibropressedfine-grained concrete mixtures, data of powder - like fractions, granulometric position of granite wastes, chemical comadditives and consolidation modes influence on vibropressed fine-grained concrete structure formation and characteristics; results - methods of assessment of superrigid mixtures formation reduced cement consumption compositions design. Field of use - manufacturing methods for small-pieces wall and road concrete elements.
