Essay

It is investigated the dynamics of transmembrane potential of embryos of loach Misgurnus fossilis L. during the period of the blastomer divisions. It is established, that influence of heavy metal ions, such as nickel, cobalt, tin, zinc, manganese and cadmium in concentration 10-6-10-4 М, conduct to decrease of amplitude and frequency of fluctuations of potential and depolarization of membranes of embryo cells to 10-30 mV. It is established, that depolarization of membrane of loach embryo under the conditions of influence of heavy metal ions is caused by decrease of activity of Na+, K+-АТPase owing to action of these ions. It is shown, that influence of heavy metal ions causes occurrence of morphological, in particular, ultrastructural changes in loach embryo.
