Rod-carriers of beet-harvesting machines. Raising operation reliability and durability of machines. Methods of investigations: methods estimation of coupling wear, imitation modelling of loading, method of minimal potential energy strain. Mathematical models built: carrier belt loading, determination of time of the rod belt head wear. Estimation methods created: investigated tribo-coupling wear time, carrier elements stress-strained state. Belt rod heads operating time was determined. Carrier elements fastening was improved. Results are applied in production. Sphere of application: scientific-research institutions of agricultural engineering.
