The dissertation regards to the questions of improvement of H.pylori infection diagnosis via comparison of diagnostic and economic eligibility of contemporary tests. The best diagnostic efficasy has histology and 13C-Urea Breath Test. The complex investigation of diagnostic efficacy and economic eligibility allows to come to the conclusion that the best invasive test is Rapid Urease Test and the best noninvasive - 13C-Urea Breath Test.
