. Object of research: the remote consequences of ionizing radiation influence on the state of biliary system in persons having suffered. Research Aim: the improvement of diagnosis of gallbladder and biliary tract diseases in persons having suffered because of the consequences of Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident. Research Methods: clinical, statistical, ultrasonographie, duodenal probing, bile biochimical examination. Theoretical and practical results: the distinctive features of clinical course of chronic cholecystitis, chronic cholecystocholangitis was profoundly studied; it has been established in gallbladder dyskinesias of hypotonic type in combination with hypertonus of Oddy's sphincter predominate and a more pronounced deviation of the bile lipid composition indices has been determined in persons having suffered because of Chernobyl NPP accident.
