Essay

The dissertation is devoted for development of technological process of obtaining ultramicrodispersed titanium dioxide from it's tetrachloride by emulsion method. The conditions of water-in-oil emulsions forming in the system of benzene-aqua ammonia have been investigated. The kinetics of titanium tetrachloride extraction from benzene to aqueous phase with reaction of alkaline hydrolysis in it has been researched. The conditions of obtaining of highly dispersed titanium dioxide with narrow particle size distribution have been determined. Some other materials for power sources based on ultramicrodispersed titanium dioxide have been obtained. All the obtained materials have been undergone in power sources. The technological regime and technological scheme of the process of obtaining of ultramicrodispersed titanium dioxide for power sources have been designed.
