The Thesis dedicates to actual scientific problem - assurance manufacturing of cylindrical rims of GTE parts accuracy and costs reduction of production tooling of GTE parts with jagged rims on the basis of computer simulation methods. Ground analysis of deviations influence of making surfaces of gear-cutting tools on machining accuracy of a GTE part rim is offered the unified approach to problem solving production tooling of gas turbine engine parts with jagged rims, founded on computer simulation of jagged rims, gear cutting machine and processing methods.
