Essay

The thesis is devoted to the quality heightening problems of separation process by fine grain heap in the combine harvester cleaning systems. In work are considered the existing constructions cleaning systems and separation surfaces by combine-harvesters. Their deficiencies are established which consist in insufficient productivity, low reliability. They are one of principal sources of losses of a grain in combine harvester. Basing on theoretical and experimental researches is proved the expediency of unification separation surfaces, is developed the construction unified separation surfaces, is determined and justified their rational parameters.
