Rebenko V. Usage of lubricants while technical services of farming machines

The object of research is the farming machines and lubricants, which are used while its technical services. The purpose of research - increasing of efficiency of using lubricants in farming machines. In the researches analytic and experimental methods, which are based on the system analysis, planning of experiments, statistics and theory of reliability, are used. The new method, means and the set of technological equipment for the estimation of operating characteristics of lubricants based on the complex indices of free-moving are worked out. The correlational connection of the free-moving's indices and the phisical-chemical and tribotechnical indices are found out. The mathematic models of the dependence of the free-moving's indices on the basic factors are designed on the basis of experimental researching of the process of a fly-wheel's free-moving. The main regularities of the lubricants' operating are found out. The rates of technical services and repairing, the nomenclature and the periodicity oflubricants' use are experimentally grounded. The results of research are used in 4 farms.
