The dissertation is dedicated to the problem of social functioning of patients suffering of paranoid schizophrenia associated with mental and behavioral disorders due to alcohol use. Using the psychopathological and socio-expert methods, on the basis of the concept of dual diagnosis, the dysfunction in different areas of vital activity have been studied. The model for social functioning evaluation of patients with mental and behavioral disorders have been developed as well as the technology of it's use in psychiatric practice.
