3. The thesis focuses on external and internal factors of the German and English interaction, promoting Anglo-Americanisms' penetration into German lexical semantic system. The dessertation suggests a complex analysis of German economic lexis, in which Anglo-Americanisms have been singled out as well as their main types have been characterized and their thematic groups have been determined. The changes in the semantic structure of Angloamerican terms in economic lexis of German have been established and their influence on further development of German economic subsystem on lexical and word-formative levels has been specified. The ways and peculiarities of Angloamerican terms' penetration in German economic subsystem, the reasons of their adaptation in German lexical semantic system have been revealed. Anglo-Americanisms and their derivatives have been formed in the derivative nets for disclosing their word-formative potential.
