Saliеva Z. Treatment of the patients with acute purulent-inflammatory diseases of soft tissues of maxillo-facial area with application of preparations hentaxan and traumel -С.

The thesis is dedicated creation and substantiation of a method of complex treatment of patients with acute purulent - inflammatory diseases in maxillo-facial area by application of Hentaxan and Traumel-C. It is realized the examination and treatment of 152 patients, from department of maxillo-facial surgery with odontogenic abscesses and phlegmons. All patients were distributed into 4 clinical groups depending on the diagnosis and method of treatment. The inflammatory reacting and reparative processes in a wound executed were controled by clinical, laboratory and special methods of testings. For the first time this purpose was laborated and utilized by us a digital method of an estimation of clinical efficiency of the conducted treatment. Positive dynamics of clinical changes, decrease of a level of an endogenic intoxication, recovery of parameters of peroxide oxidation of lipids and antioxidant system, fast refinement of a purulent wound and activating reparative processes testify to advantages oftreatment of patiens by usage of Hentaxan and Traumel-C. The efficiency of an offered method of treatment is affirmed by reduction of terms of stay in a hospital of patiens odontogenic abscesses up to 7,10 ± 0,29 bed/day and up to 8,50 ± 0,25 bed/day for patiens
