Bakalinska O. Protection of the business competition: legal basis of organization of the state governing.

The dissertation is devoted to the analyses of the legal basis of organization of protection of business competition, including: theoretic precondition of forming and development of competition legislation and law in Ukraine; place and importance of competition law in the Ukrainian system of law is defined; after analyzing of competition legislation currently in force prospects of its development were determined; the basis of organization business competition's protection were investigated; system and peculiarities of state policy and state protection of business competition are determined; peculiarities of state control over the business and measures of administrative compulsion to the offenders who have broken competition law.
