Abdrjakhimova T. Early Diagnostics, Clinics, Prophylaxis and Correction of Neurotic, Stress-related Disorders in Lyceums Pupils.

The data, concerning prevalence, clinical structure, phenomenological peculiarities, and risk factors of clinical and subclinical forms of neurotic, stress-related disorders (NSRD) in adolescents, who study at Donetsk Medical Lyceum (DML), were established by means of clinical-epidemiological and psychological study. To assess the influence of previous learning at lyceum on adaptation to university, the same study was conducted on first-year students, part of which graduated DML and another part - usual schools. It was proved that the milieu at Medical Lyceum is favorable for some pupils and unfavorable for others, because both the NSRD clinical forms prevalence, and the part of healthy pupils at DML pupils are higher than at usual schools. On the other hand, first-year students, who studied at Lyceum, had lower NSRD prevalence, and better adapt to university. Obtained results were used when elaborating and applying the system of complex measures on early diagnostics, prophylaxis and correction of neurotic, stress-related disorders in lyceum pupils.
