The dissertation is studied of organizational and economical mechanism of market passenger transports in condi- tions of forming new economical relations. We have analyzed theoretical and practical aspects of competitive ability of passenger services. The method of calculation of profitability airlines is suggested as the instrument of active management and control. This method is came in handy for using in other kinds of transport.
