3. Dissertation is devoted to questions of perfecting aircraft leasing organization and economic basis in Ukraine. Grounded necessity of linen method and indicative norms usage for tax depreciation calculation of aircraft as an object of financial leasing. Worked up methodical provision of aircraft financial leasing payment's calcula- tion. Of-fered are the principal schemes of aircraft leasing organization for the Ukrainian airlines and determined are the state regulation instruments, necessary for creating economic and legislative conditions of their realization.
