Essay

The Thesis is devoted to development of the effective approach to solving of the class of problems on stressed state of the noncircular hollow inhomogeneous cylinders under the action of surface loads on the side surfaces at certain conditions on the edges. It is given by the system of partial differential equations, which based on the joint use of the separation of variables, discrete Fourier series and numerical discrete orthogonalization method. On the basis of the developed approach it was calculated the problems on stressed state of the noncircular (elliptical and goffer in cross section) hollow cylinders depending on shape of cross section, kind of applied loads with taking into account the inhomogeneity along the thickness.
