Об'єкт дослідження - the studies about the administrative qnd juridicial relations of the public order and public security. Mета дослідження - the clearing up of the state of the organisation and juridicial regulation of aministrative activity of Internal Affairs Divisions and the determination of the regularities of the reforming of system of militsia divisions carring out administrative activity'. Методи дослідження - а) general scientific (systematic, systematic and structural, logically semantic, historical, historical and legal); b) special scientific (comparatively legal, formally juridical); c) sociological (questioning, poll, interviewing). Теоретичні результати і новизна - the stated theoretical principals may serve as starting scientific base for subsequent theoretical research of the possibilities of the improvement of adminitrative divisions militsia organisation. The scientific novelty of the work is that the thesis is the first monographic research in Ukraine, which is devoted to the problems concerning the organisation and activity of the Internal Affairs Divisions which carries out administrative activity. Практичні результати і новизна - the proposals, stated in the thesis can be used for for the the practice activity of Internal Affairs Divisions. Ефективність впровадження - the proposals and recommendations are positively estimated.
