Posmetny V. Organizational and legal aspects of the initial professional training of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry bodies and units' personnel.

The author presents a well grounded position that the effective functioning of the system of the Interior Ministry staff's incessant professional training is a vital factor to bring up the Interior Ministry bodies and units to strength with the highly professional cadres. Finally it facilitates to consolidate the public order, to establish a democratic, social, legal state with the socially oriented market economy. The initial professional training is a vital structural element of the Interior Ministry personnel's incessant professional preparation to carry out their duties and responsibilities in the field. A conception of the initial professional training is defined in the thesis. It's outlined as training and experience provided to the candidates wishing to serve in the Interior Ministry bodies and units. It should facilitate to get the professional knowledge, skills and acquired habits by the latter to carry out the service and positional duties and responsibilities in the sphere of defense, protection and ensuring rights and legal interests of the social relationships participants. Besides that a conception of training and educational process exercised during the courses of initial training is defined as well. Its objectives, tasks, principles, forms and methods are outlined.
