Essay

The thesis is dedicated to problems of analysis of influencing of Gram-negative causative agents of purulent-inflammatory diseases lipopolysaccharides on functional activity of monocytes and lymphocytes of human blood and cytokines role in reproduction of Gram-negative bacteria. Thus have used bacteriological, immunology methods with realisation of the comparative factor analysis of the obtained digital outcomes. It was established dose-dependent and species-specific influence of Gram-negative bacteria lipopolysaccharides on cytokine-productive capacity of monocytes and lymphocytes of human blood, on cytophagous activity and apoptosis of monocytes, socket-creating capacity and apoptosis of T- and B - lymphocytes. Inhibiting influence of supernatant cultures of monocytes stimulated by lipopolysaccharides, on re-production of Gram-negative bacteria for the first time is established. The outcomes of research are used in educational process of 3 medical high schools of Ukraine.
