The main thesis contains facts of improvement of the treatment of chronic pancreatitis and concomitant ischemic heart disease on the basis of analysis changes in the rate of some antiphlogistic cytokines, apoptotic activity of peripheral lymphocytes, hemostasis system disturbance and oxidant - antioxidant system. The new relations where found between rate of some antiphlogistic cytokines, expression of CD95 upon peripheral lymphocytes, hemostasis system factors and oxidant - antioxidant system in patients with above concomitant disease in accordance with chronic pancreatitis proceeding severity and functional class of stable exertional angina, stage and functional class of cardiac decompensation. Efficiency of corrections of discovered changes by use of Erbisol and Kvertsetin was proved in combined treatment in elderly patients with chronic pancreatitis and concomitant ischemic heart disease differentially according to chronic pancreatitis severety.
