Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the creation of basalt-reinforced polypropylene compositions with low combustibility and heightened physical-mechanical properties. The influencing antipiren of the components on rheological and physical-machanical properties of polypropylyne composition and regularity of their change is established. Influencing a way of processing of basalt fiber on physico-chemical processes of interplay between a polymer matrix both fiber and change of strength properties of polymer composition is rotined. Regularity of process are studied of a dispertion of basalt fiber and flow pattern at processing of polypropylene composition depending on structurally - technological parameters of processing of worm-disk extrude and influencing of length of a fiber (filament) on the properties of polymer stuff.
