Essay

The thesis is devoted to finding out the basis and improvement of the diagnosis quality to rise the treatment effectiveness of patient with COB accompanied by AH and to solve the scientific problem of the disease. Complex research of cytologic, cytochemical, immunologic parameters of the BAL, tesiometry and reometry parameters of condensate of exhaled air and of blood serum, walling pH-measuring tracheas and bronchial branch and microcirculation was made in patients with COB accompanied by AH. The interrelation between these parameters, activity and prevalence endobronchitis was described. Negative influence of AH was established on parameters of nonspecific reactivity of the tracheabronchial branch, rheological properties of serum blood, and micro-hemocirculation condition. The expediency of use in complex treatment of patients with COB accompanied by AH inducer endogen of the interferon cycloferon was proved pathogenetically. Its positive influence on cellular factors of nonspecific reactivity of thetracheabronchial branch, surfactant and rheological properties of condensate of exhaled air and of blood serum, parameters walling pH-measuring tracheas and bronchial branch, micro-hemocirculationis established.
