Essay

The dissertation is devoted to questions of perfection of management of airlines in conditions of a competition. On the basis of global and domestic experience the questions of adaptation of modern methods of management to conditions of work of airlines are considered. The major factors of competitiveness are determined and the character of their interrelation is established. The approach to forecasting provides definition of character of collision of interests of airlines. The development of the plan is directed on ordering of actions on achievement of the purposes at the limited resources.
