Essay

The world experience and the perculiarities of its application in the development of special (free) economic zones of Ukraine were investigated and evaluated in the dissertation. The methodological recommendations as to the techni- cal-economic substantiation of the expediency of creation and functioning of the ecological-economic and foreign trade zones on the basis of river and sea ports are proposed. For the first time the strategy of ecologic-economic security of the formation and functioning of special (free) economic zones of Ukraine was scientifically proved.
