Zdorovko L. Legal Issues of Regional Environmental Supervision in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to studying of actual theoretical and The dissertation deals with complex and thorough research of issues of legal providing for regional environmental control in Ukraine. This work is one of the first dissertations where the detailed characteristic is given of the legislation in force on legal basis for implementing regional environmental control. The work researches issues on definitions of regional environmental control, also the historical and legal analysis of the legislation development in mentioned above sphere has been carried out. The peculiarities of subjective nature and objects of regional environmental control, its international legal standards and procedural order of implementing have been defined. The conceptual provisions have been grounded in this work, new propositions concerning legal regulation of regional environmental control in Ukraine.
