Zeleny V. Development of Pedagogical Culture of Junior Officers of Internal Troops of Ministry of the Interior of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the study of organizational-pedagogical conditions of the pedagogical culture development of junior officers during their service in the military unit. The essence and the content of pedagogical culture of an officer were determined, the major factors that influence on the forming of the pedagogical culture of junior officers, the contradiction of the formation process of pedagogical culture were revealed, the effectiveness of the complex system of developing work of pedagogical culture of junior officers of Internal Troops of Ministry of the Interior of Ukraine was theoretically substantiated and practically approved. Organizational-pedagogical conditions of development of pedagogical culture were formulated: improvement of the knowledge of junior officers in the sphere of pedagogy and pedagogical culture; the forming skills of pedagogical culture; the organization of the positive influence of military personnel on the development of pedagogical culture of junior officers. Thematerials and conclusions of the research can be applied by the authority of military units of Ministry of the Interior of Ukraine with the aim of improving the level of professional training of junior officers.
