The dissertation discloses the essence of the problem of creating the more ecology friendly open economy and international economic relations models. It determines the role of the national and the international institutes that provide for the optimization of natural resources' consumering. The international practice of technological and innovation activities' regulation is analysed. The ecology components to the sustained development model of the national economy, as well as the instruments of improving the legal and economic mechanism in Ukraine in accordance with ecologic standards are defined.
