Essay

The purpose of activity is the creation of the bases of know-how of joint oxidizing processing of olefins of a fraction C4 in a butadien - 1,3 and methylacrylonitrile. For achievement of the purpose it is necessary to learn influencing of the miscellaneous components on catalytic properties FeTe0,85MoOx of catalyst in reacting a joint oxidizing dehydrogeneration and oxidizing ammonolysis, accordingly of butene - 1 that of an isobutene; to offer effective catalyst reduced above than process; to investigate influencing physicochemical properties of a surface of catalyst on his efficiency; to create kinetic model of process, to execute his optimization and to offer the technological scheme. Object of research - olefins of a fraction C4 of processes of a pyrolysis and cat cracking hydrocarbon of raw, isobutene, butene - 1, mixed oxide catalysts. An object of research - joint oxidizing dehydrogeneration of butene - 1 and oxidizing ammonolysis of an isobutene on promoted Fe-Te-Mo-O catalysts. Method of testings. A flowing method of definition of catalytic properties of catalysts with pulse submission of a reaction mixture and full stratographic analysis of reaction products; a differential method of testing of kinetic legitimacies of process; X-ray phase and thermal methods of the analysis of a phase structure of catalysts; a chromatographic method of definition of physicochemical properties of catalysts; a pulse chromatographic adsorption and temperature programa desorption of olefins for definition of adsorptive properties of a surface of catalysts. Scientific novelty. For the first time are designed by a fundamentals of know-how of complex processing of olefins of a fraction C4 without separation into separate components. For joint oxidizing ammonolysis and oxidizing dehydrogeneration the new high-performance catalyst is offered on the basis of oxides Fe:Te:Mo (1:0,85:1) with promoted by the component BaCl2, is determined optimal concentration оf promotor. The connection between physicochemical and catalyticproperties of investigated catalysts is established. Is rotined, that a fissile phase of optimal catalyst is the treble connection FeTeMoO, the concentration which one depends on the contents оf promotor. Are determined of kinetic regularity of process on best, from investigated, of catalysts and the kinetic model of process is offered.
