Essay

Kaolins of Glukhovetsk and Prosyanovsk fields. To study influencing a calcination on optical and physico-chemical properties. To study interaction of kaolins with polydimethylphenylsiloxane under mechanical activation. To apply in protective and decorative paint coatings. A method of testing - DTA, IR-spectroscopy, photometry, physico-chemical analysis, methods of definition of paint coatings parameters. The changes of optical and physico-chemical properties of kaolins are investigated at a calcination in temperature range 473-1323 K. The regularity of change of physico-chemical properties of kaolins at mechanical activation in presence of polymethylphenylsiloxane has been established. The silicone paint coatings with the high decorative and protective characteristics are designed. The trial crew of a designed enamel is made. An orb of usage are a paint and varnish industry, production of filling materials.
