Essay

The thesis presents the results of studyng cerebrovascular disorders in adolescents with primary arterial hypertension. The status of cerebral haemodynamics has been studied and its definite types have been singled out and characterized. There have been estimated certain perculiarities of vegetative homeostasis in adolescents with various types of brain blood circulation by using of non-invasive method of spectral analysis of cardiac rhythm wave structure; neuro-humoral regulation on the basis of determinly plasma renin activity as well as of aldosteron catecholamin vasoconstrictor and vasodilatator levels; lipide and vasodilatator levels; or lipide metabolism (according to the data of lipide spectrum and oxidant-anttioxidant system). Systemic pathogenetic relations between haemodynamic-neurohumoral-metabolic findings and their individual voles in formation of varicous cerebral haemodynamic types have been analysed. Criteria of diagnosing disorders in brain blood circulation at early states of primaryhypertension in adolescents are presented.
