Essay

The theoretical summarizing and new solution of the scientific problem, which consists in differential diagnostics of the acute and chronic forms of hepatitis B is giving in the dissertation. The clinical significance of definition of parameters of free and combined with immune complexes fibronectin in patients with HBV- infection is detected on the basis of clinical and laboratory data analysis. The additional differentially diagnostic criteria for differentiation between the acute and chronic forms of the disease are offered on this basis.
