Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the questions of Surgical endoskopic treatment of patients with nontumour disease of maxillary sinus. In the work a new trend is developed the method of causal treatment of sinusitis. It is determined that breach of maxillary ostium is more than 40 sm of water pole may serve as a criterion determening the necessity and combined with endorinoskopy and computer tomografy gives volume and direction of surgery interference in persons with nontumour disease of maxillary sinus. Micromaxillarytomia, made through the canine hole using the worked out trocar is the operation which corresponds modern demands of rinosurgary. Original trocar allows to make operation under the constant control of sight in autonomic regime and suggested method of ostioplatic gives the possibility to enlarge the maxillary ostium with the preservation of proc. uncinatus. Industrial output of the trocar is prepared.
