Sim'yachko O. Commodity science estimation of acrylic modified silicone coating

The thesis investigates the problem of the development of cool dried silicone coatings with perfected physico-mechanical and protective characteristics. It has been determined that for solving this problem it is expedient to introduce polyacrylics as a modifier into silicone lacquer-paint composition. The work investigates the dependency of the varnish silicone coatings properties on the contents of the polyacrilic. Optimum correlation of silicone and acrylic film forming in composition is established on the basis of approximation and optimization of the experimental data received. Methods were developed and complex science of commodities evaluation of modified silicone coatings with carbonate calcium and kaolin Prosyanovsky as filling was done. It is researched that the developed cool dried silicone coatings with contents of the acrylic modifier have better physico-mechanical and protective characteristics in contrast with non-modified cool dried silicone coatings.
